If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Smart Solar will replace the defective parts free of charge. If any parts of the product are missing at the time of the initial order, Smart Solar will provide the missing parts free of charge. Please unpack and inspect the entire product upon receipt and report any broken or missing pieces as soon as possible.
