Yukon Pike's offers a 30-day return policy for most products. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Some manufacturers offer product warranties. Please be certain you send in all warranty information as soon as you receive your order to assure future coverage.
Some products, such as pet beds, may not be returned for sanitary reasons. Please see product descriptions for details. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refundable. Items with free shipping will have the outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
- Returns must have a Return Authorization number (RMA).
- Returns must be sent in new condition and in original packaging.
- Returns must be sent shipping prepaid or they will be refused.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will provide a return address and Return Authorization Number (RMA). DO NOT ship to any address other than the one provided with the RMA. This will delay or prevent a full refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Yukon Pike’s ships within the contiguous United States only. A physical street address and phone number is required. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, AFO/APO addresses, foreign countries or US Territories. All orders ship UPS, USPS or FedEx ground service. Expedited shipping is not available.
Refused and undeliverable shipments will be charged outbound and return shipping costs.
